The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the progress of all projects, providing leadership to the team, driving business development initiatives, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities

Management & Leadership
- Oversee the progress of all ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings, providing clear guidance to staff and project teams.
- Offer hands-on support and direction to implementation projects, ensuring quality deliverables and successful outcomes.
- Manage, mentor, and develop staff across multiple project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Business Development
- Identify and respond to new business opportunities, including RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests.
- Leverage your existing network and industry relationships to drive new business and expand Modali Consulting’s client portfolio.
- Prepare for and attend industry conferences, representing Modali Consulting and identifying potential partners and clients.
- Cultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and positioning the firm for future engagements.

Contract & Proposal Management
- Draft, review, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and other contract documents in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Ensure all contracts are aligned with client needs and company capabilities, with a focus on clarity, deliverability, and risk management.
- Oversee contract negotiations, working with stakeholders to ensure terms are favorable for all parties involved.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, business development, and contract management, preferably within the consulting industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic business initiatives and navigate complex proposal processes.
- Experience with digital transformation and system implementation projects is a plus.
