Software Configuration Analyst

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic leader to join the team as a Configuration Analyst (Remote) - Multiple Roles available. This individual will be viewed as a part of a business line lead for our procurement technology implementation work.

As a Configuration Analyst, you will work with the project leads and clients with expectations to provide consulting services, technology configuration, and on-time deliverables. This is a technical, detailed job that follows a software development lifecycle. However, it’s not a pure developer job other than SQL.

Responsibilities

• Apply best practices for system implementation and business analysis in a fast-paced, cloud-based procurement platform implementation.
• Elicit, document and validate requirements from clients, and translate those requirements into solution designs.
• Design and develop process and business workflows and assimilate to system-based workflows.
• Collaborate alongside business and technical analysts, project managers, consultants, and system integrator teams to collectively design, develop, and test solutions.
• Configure and implement SaaS solutions, especially related to CRM and ERP systems.
• Execute on several projects concurrently, with a remote team, while balancing competing priorities.
• Manage the execution of deliverables, both short and long-term, via clearly defined milestones, and timelines.
• Keep stakeholders informed of day-to-day project statuses, updates, and risks.
• Constantly seeking ways to improve at every iteration, offering suggestions for improvement.
• Promoting team synergy among team members and foster communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst, QA/testing analyst, developer, or a data analyst in a similar capacity.
• Intermediate SQL skills (select, insert, update, joins, data types, subqueries/nested queries, etc.).
• Experience with configuration management software and workflow development software.
• In-depth knowledge and experience running an application development project through the entire SDLC.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong English-speaking verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both clients and internal technical teams.
• You are intently focused on the delivery of quality projects, regardless of the challenges.

Salary, Benefits, Additional Information

• This position is remote and expected to be based out of the Philippines.
• We anticipate a 40-hour workweek. 
• We can be flexible with work hours and allow for a schedule that suits your needs. 
• You will be hired as an independent contractor. This means that you will be responsible to pay for your own taxes and contributions voluntarily.
• Additionally, we utilize a time tracking software that is required to track time and work. 
• Additional pay for local healthcare contribution.
• Potential for international travel to Europe and United States.
• 13th month pay.
• Internet allowance.
