Contract Proposal Manager (Part Time - Remote/Philippines)

We are looking for an experienced and energetic leader to join the team as a part-time Contract Proposal Manager.

Responsibilities
- Proposal Management
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring they are tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and create compelling proposal content.
- Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, and other relevant collateral.
- Manage proposal timelines and deadlines to ensure timely submission.
- Contract Management
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal requirements.
- Work closely with the legal advisor to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Maintain an organized database of contracts, including renewal dates and key terms.
- Assist in the development and improvement of contract templates and processes.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during the proposal and contract negotiation process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve proposal and contract management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement best practices and tools to enhance proposal and contract management.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare reports on proposal and contract status, including win/loss analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposal and contract activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in proposal and contract management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law and experience with contract negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with proposal and contract management software (e.g., Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, Ivalua, SAP, Ariba, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with Government Contracting a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced start-up environment.
