Project Manager, Delivery (Contract-to-Hire)

The Role

Modali Consulting is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager, Delivery to oversee our growing portfolio of projects and ensure client satisfaction. This role is critical to supporting our client projects in  and other consulting services, allowing senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for full-time placement, depending on project growth and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management

    • Coordinate multiple client projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and budget adherence.
    • Maintain transparent communication with internal teams and clients, keeping all stakeholders informed on project progress and addressing issues proactively.
    • Implement and optimize project workflows, ensuring efficiency in project tracking, documentation, and resource allocation.
    • Support senior team members by handling routine client communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing project briefs.
  • Business Analysis

    • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements thoroughly, translating them into clear technical and functional specifications.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with client needs and Modali’s standards.
    • Analyze project data and provide insights to optimize performance, identify risks, and suggest process improvements.
    • Prepare documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and reports, to support project clarity and client understanding.
    • Development of presentations, workflows, with recommendations for improvements based on industry research and knowledge
  • Operational Support

    • Contribute to internal process improvement by developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
    • Assist in the onboarding of new projects by managing resource allocation, scheduling, and initial project planning.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project status, financials, and deliverables for client review and internal analysis.

Preferred Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science or related field.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with limited supervision.
  • Ability to configure in low code platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to complex environments and provide immediate value. 
  • Preferences:
    • Ivalua L3 Certification strongly preferred 
    • At least 3 years of configuration experience within e-procurement, system implementation, and consulting
